Art Potch varnish and glue shiny Hobby line 150ml is a napkin varnish and glue in one. It adds a new, distinctive look to older objects. In the first step, apply the base paint and let it dry. Then cut out the motif from the napkin, use only the top layer of the napkin and put it on the product. Apply Art Potch on the whole napkin, especially its edges, to prevent peeling off.
